Dr. Louie has been a dedicated member of the Inglewood Optometric Center since 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston.
Dr. Louie is an active member of the Los Angeles County Optometric Society, the California Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. She previously served as President of the Los Angeles County Optometric Society and remains deeply involved in organized optometry. Her current role as student outreach director connects optometry students with professional peers as they transition out into the work force.
She provides comprehensive primary eye care and contact lens services, with special expertise in specialty contact lenses for keratoconus and post corneal transplants. Dr. Louie is certified in fitting ZenLens for keratoconus and is also certified to diagnose and manage glaucoma and other ocular diseases.
Committed to giving back, Dr. Louie regularly volunteers at community outreach and health fairs across Los Angeles and has traveled on medical mission trips to provide care to communities in need including Care Harbor LA and Remote Area Medical.
